From the Her Heart's Desire beta 1.4 coming later this month (in less than a week); the animation ended up six seconds, since it's 180 frames. There are a few animated scenes in the beta like this with just kissing, no further action, to ensure everything is a lot more romance / relationship oriented before the (ahem) full blown sexy time.
The game is completed, but it's being remade from the beginning with all new renders, animations, audio, and story. The beta 1.3 is here on F95 if you want to try it out (and on Itch, Steam, and of course, Patreon).
